Wyeth on Thursday posted a 19 percent increase in fourth-quarter profit as the drugmaker's revenues rose 10 percent on strong sales across its product line.
The maker of children's vaccine Prevnar and the world's top-selling antidepressant, Effexor, reported net income of $1.02 billion (euro690 million), or 75 cents per share, in the quarter, up from $855.4 million, or 63 cents per share, a year earlier.
